Vintage, Du Barry Pattern, tea set / coffee service by Wilcox IS, Elegant Chased Silver Plate. The set includes tilting pot on stand and burner, coffee pot, teapot, candy dish, sugar bowl with sugar tongs, creamer and tray.

Each serving piece has flowers and leaves on the handles and spout and lion feet. The bodies are bulbous shaped and topped with a finial comprised of small flowers.

Sturdy and heavy set in good vintage condition, barely used. May have some typical signs of use such as light surface scratches, polish residue, possible tarnish and tiny dings. The pattern on one side of the Tray is slightly melted because it was displayed close to a fireplace, pins needs to be replaced on two pot leads. The insides look good with very light staining, if any. Inside of the candy dish has some wear to the silver.

Tilting pot measures 14" tall on stand, 10 1/2" tall alone and 9 1/2 wide. Coffee and Tea pot measure 10 1/2" tall x 10" wide handle to spout and 8 " tall x 11" wide. Sugar 5" tall, Creamer - 5" tall at handle x 5 wide pour lip to handle end.

Marks: Wilcox IS International Silver Co 7404. The tray is stamped Silver CGW&S Silverplate Serving.
