Vintage RS Reinhold Schlegelmilch Germany hand painted porcelain chocolate cups & saucers Set. This is a Gorgeous Set of 5 Hand Painted Porcelain espresso/Hot Chocolate Cups and Saucers made by Reinhold Schlegelmilch in Germany from about 1910 - 1930. It includes 5 demitasses, 5 saucers and a coffee/hot chocolate pot with lid and features a delicate flora pattern of white dogwood flowers on white porcelain. It is trimmed with gold around the cups rim and the saucers as well as de handles, adding an elegant touch to the set.

The term demitasse means half-cup in French and refers to the small size of these cups, traditionally used for serving concentrated coffee like espresso, after meals or hot chocolate. RS Germany back stamp refers to a porcelain made by the Reinhold Schlegelmilch factory in Germany with the blue mark backstamp used between 1910 1930.
