Vintage Noritake Japanese Porcelain Coffee Set Art Deco Style Early-Mid 20th C
This is an exquisite, beautiful, Noritake Coffee/Tea Service. The service is from Japan and is made of Ivory-White porcelain. It features gold brocade floral patterns on white and cream backgrounds. The design is Art Deco inspired, produced somewhere between the late 1950's through to the early 1970's.
The set consists of 6 cups and saucers, a coffee pot, a milk jug and a sugar bowl. The set is in very good condition - no chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. There is some fading to the gilt on the rim of one of the cups, please see the last photograph for details. Coffee Pot - height (including lid) 19cm; length 19cm; widest diameter 9.5cm. Sugar bowl - height 5cm; widest diameter 9cm. Milk Jug - height 6.5cm; length 12cm; widest diameter 8.7cm. Cup - height 6.4cm; length 9.5cm; widest diameter 7.5cm.Saucer - height 1.9cm; diameter 13.5cm. Thank you for viewing my item.
