Royal Doulton Royal Gold H4980 Pattern 22 Piece Coffee Service for sale. The service consists of 6 x footed cups standing about 2½ inches (6½cm) in height and measuring 4 inches (10cm) in diameter, 6 x saucers measuring about 6 inches (15½cm) in diameter, 6 x tea plates measuring just over 6½ inches (16½cm) in diameter, sugar bowl, milk jug, cake plate measuring 10.5 inches (26½cm) from handle to handle and large coffee pot standing about 9½ inches (24cm) to the top of the lid finial, 8¾ inches (22cm) from spout to handle and holds about 2 pints (UK). All pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration with the colour being bright and vibrant including the gold edging.

They all have the first quality Royal Doulton, Made in England, Fine Bone China backstamp on the base (a sample of which is shown in the photos) except for the tea plates where the backstamps have a scratch mark through signifying second quality. Please note any white patches on the photos will be from camera flash.
