Vintage Royal Grafton Malvern Fine Bone China Tea / Coffee Set 36 Pieces

  
Another find in my Aunt's attic! Here is a 36 piece set of Malvern Bone China. Overall the set is in excellent, used condition although it is HARDLY used.

It was only brought out for very special occasions, otherwise it was kept in the display cabinet! There are no chips, cracks or marks to any of the pieces except for the one cup (see pic 10) and there is a'line' on the coffee pot, (IT IS NOT A CRACK) which looks like a gold paint brush slip from when it was painted.

Just to be accurate, the'gold' paint on some of the pieces looks as if it has been rubbed off in places over time. But please look closely at the pictures to give a better idea. Approximate measurements are as follows. Cups X 6 (including the broken one) 3" diam 3" tall.

Saucers X 6, 5.5 diam. Bowls X 3, 6.75 diam. Plates X 7, just over 6 diam. Plates X 7, just over 8 diam. Sugar Bowl, 4.5 diam.

Sits on a 6 diam. Milk Jug, 3.75 tall sits on a 5.5 diam.

Lid, 9" tall, 6.5" without the lid. Sandwich/Cake Plate 10.25" X 6.5". Sandwich/Cake Plate 9" X 9". If you have any questions...
