Vintage Susie Cooper Corinthian Coffee Service, Bone China, C2056

  
A full, vintage, Susie Cooper "Corinthian" Coffee set. This specific pattern (C2056) was produced during the 1960s and has become highly sought after by collectors. The set is made of fine bone china and the design features a white base with a black and taupe pattern and a taupe border on the interior. The "Can" shape was a classic design by Susie Cooper, introduced in 1958.

The set includes a coffee pot, cream jug, sugar bowl, and 6 cups and saucers. All pieces are stamped "Susie Cooper" to the base (1965), except 2 cups which are later replacements (1970s) and are 3mm taller. In excellent vintage condition, with no chips that I can see. The cups are 6.5cm tall, sugar bowl is 4.3cm tall, milk jug is 5.6cm tall, saucers have a diameter of 14cm and the coffee pot is 20cm tall.
