Vintage / Retro Johnson Brothers. Complete Coffee Set For Six. A Coffee Pot, Six Coffee Cups & Saucers.

With A Matching Cream Jug & An Open Sugar Bowl. Cream glazed ironstone pottery and in a smooth streamline shape.

Finished in a contrasting lemon and decorated with a pretty countryside pattern. Including cow parsley sprays, wispy foliage and green ferns.

Manufactured by Johnson Brothers Ltd. Green crown clear back stamps to the pot & saucers with a green. Made in England stamp to the creamer, with impressed. MADE IN ENGLAND to the sugar and cup bases. Coffee saucer diameters 5.25 / 13.5 cm.

Coffee cup height 2.40 / 6 cm. Sugar bowl top diameter 3.25 / 8.25 cm.

Sugar bowl height 2.4 / 6 cm. Cream jug height 3.5 / 9 cm. Length - handle to lip 4.25 / 10.5 cm.

Coffee pot height with lid & finial 7.5 / 19 cm. Coffee pot length - handle to spout tip 8.5 / 22 cm. Capacity under rim : 2 pints / 40 fl. One steam hole to the lid and seven strainer holes inside. This beautiful early Vintage / Retro set comes in very good, bright & clean condition & appears.
