Beautiful vintage Swedish porcelain coffee set by ALP (AB Lidköpings Porslinsfabrik), Lidköping, Sweden - a respected maker that produced fine porcelain tableware from the early 1900s until merging with Rörstrand in the 1940s. 1 coffee pot with lid. 8 saucers The pattern features a hand-applied black transfer design of pine trees and a castle/village scene, with delicate gold rim trim throughout. Backstamped with the ALP shield mark (three stars over "ALP"), "Lidköping, " and pattern number 30. Condition: Vintage - please see photos closely. Some light surface staining/spotting visible on the base of pieces, consistent with age and storage. Small chip on one cup and one saucer. Gold trim shows normal wear / bright and intact. A lovely find for collectors of Scandinavian design, mid-century porcelain, or anyone assembling a vintage coffee service.
