This is an extremely rare Seltmann Weiden Marie Luise Demitasse Coffee set produced in post USZ period around 1947 to 1955. It is unique and is a celebration of famous locations of San Remo on the Italian Reviera. It is beautiful in design and the presentation is quite bold in the ultimate use of Gold Gilding on every piece. The cup sizes are demitasse, suitable for espressos and macchiatos. The inclusion of scene images on every piece is striking and the overall gold effect is stunning.

This is in an excellent vintage condition free of any cracks, chips or hairlines. It does display natural signs of age wear with limited surface scuffing which could be polished out. It is a fantastic set and will make an eye catching conversation piece in any home, a real classic period piece.
