Vintage BURLEIGH WARE B & L ART DECO FULL Tea / Coffee set MAYTIME Pattern 1920. A beautiful shape designed by Ernest Bailey with crown imperial handle and finial. A classic hand painted Burleigh Ware design, this blue colourway of Maytime works well on this rare art deco shape. Burleigh Ware mark with Australian registration and impressed registration number. The set compromises of a hot water jug or tea pot, a milk jug, a sugar bowl, and 6 cups with saucers.

Beautiful set, very rare find, not many of this style / design around, most are in collections. In perfect condition apart from small chips on 1 of the cups and the milk jug has been repaired as some point. All other pieces - NO CRACKS OR CHIPS. Are vibrant, some ware on edges of cups.
