Furstenberg vintage porcelain coffee set

A beautiful vintage coffee set in original condition from Furstenberg, the second oldest porcelain producer in Germany. Decorated with brightly coloured botanical designs on a crisp white body with simple gold edging, the set comprises. 1 (one) coffee pot bearing the design, shape or pattern numbers 3000 and 51. It stands 26 cm (10.5) tall from base to the top of the finial and has a volume of 2 litres.

Note the spout does have a chip on the lip and some discoloration inside (see image 7), and a glazing spot on the outer handle (see image 8). 1 (one) cake / sandwich server with 2 molded handles bearing the design, shape or pattern numbers 2600 and 6. This is 28 cm (11) across the handles. 11 (eleven) cake / sandwich plates bearing the design, shape or pattern numbers 2600 and 4, 6 or 8. These are 19.5 cm (7.75) in diameter.

5 (five) saucers which bear NO design, shape or pattern numbers. These are 13.5 cm (5.5) in diameter. 5 (five) delicate coffee cups bearing the design, shape or pattern numbers 2600 and 6.

These are 10 cm (4") across from edge to outer handle and 5 cm (2") tall with a lovely squat shape. One cup has a tiny chip on the rim. All pieces bear the Furstenberg back stamp with crown in dark blue on the bases. Apart from the chip to the coffee pot spout and cup rim described previously, there is no identified damage, cracks, repairs or restoration to any of the pieces. There are some very minor colour spots from the decoration process and very little sign of wear or use.
